Provision of professional services before and after sales
We try to satisfy the needs of our customers through -
Pre-sales discussions on farming practices, assessment of product needs and providing nutritional advice for optimum results based on the quality and cost effectiveness of our products.

After-sales discussion of nutritional- or veterinary problems, revenue from production and fine-tuning of feeding practices.

Production of high quality and competitively priced products
Our feed mills, between Middelburg en Hendrina, were built in early 1990's, expanded in 2004 and can produce 120,000 ton per annum mixed pellets, mash and crumbs. Automation technology is used to control weighing, routing and prevention of contamination. The bulk of grain and raw protein inputs are produced by ALZU ENTERPRISES. No genetically modified raw materials are used. Our quality management system is improved continuously to ensure that raw materials and final product meet their standards and deliver healthy and high quality products.

Continuous research leads to cost effective products
We keep abreast of developments in the fields of nutrition and animal health management. Our products are scientifically formulated and are known for their quality and excellent feed conversion. Nutritional- and veterinary professionals assist with formulating for optimum feed conversion and economic results. Our focus is to serve customers with high quality products and excellent value adding nutritional-, veterinary and related market services.

Distribution and reliable delivery
Our products are marketed in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo through a network of 12 ALZU depots and an even larger number of agencies. The technical advisors visits these outlets and our customers pre-and after sales. Bulk tankers and other vehicles are used to deliver products from mill to customer and are regularly inspected to keep up technical condition, cleanliness, prevention of product contamination and maintaining bio-security. These measures help to ensure that products are received reliably, timely and safely.

Training leads to better customer service
Many of the mainly local plant personnel have more than 10 years of experience, but are with management, marketing/sales-, delivery-, depot- and admin personnel continuously exposed to new insights to help them performing their operational tasks and customer service better.

Standard packaging is 40kg and 50 kg bags and bulk deliveries. Products can be collected at the mills by own transport or at depots and agencies.
