1. Phases

There are different feed programs with different phases, due to the different requirements during the various growth stages. A two phase feed program includes Broiler Starter and Broiler Grower. It can develop up to a five phase feeding program. The more phases is fed, the more economic is the growth, but the management must be very good.


2. Energy Requirement

Broilers intake is depended on their energy requirements. It is therefore necessary for the feed to provide enough energy for the different growth stages.


3. Protein Requirement

Protein forms the second largest component of the broiler diet. ALZU's broiler feeds include good quality protein with enough nitrogen and amino acids available for optimum growth, better feed efficiency, heavier slaughter carcasses and less fat deposit on the carcass.

4. Minerals

A vitamin/mineral premix is included in ALZU's Broiler rations.


5. Cocsidiostats and antibiotics

ALZU's Broiler feeds include a cocsidiostate for the management of cocsidioses as well as an antibiotic, serving as an indirect growth stimulant


6. ALZU Broiler Feeds

ALZU Broiler Starter (BA 220)
A complete feed for broilers from day 1 tot day 21.
No additional maize must be mixed in.
It is available in meal and crumbs.

ALZU Broiler Finisher (BF 200)
A complete feed for broilers from day 21 tot 42.
No additional maize must be mixed in.
It is available in meal or pellets.
Feed ad lib.

ALZU Broiler Post Finisher (BP160)
If the Broiler Finisher isn't fed until marketing, the broiler post finisher can be fed from 35 days until slaughter.
This will give all the essential nutrients for growth and mass. It is a complete feed and no additional maize must be added.
It is available in meal or pellet.

ALZU Broiler Maintenance (BO140)
A complete feed for broilers from 42 days until slaughter.
This ration will keep the mass of the chickens constant.
Available in meal or pellet.
